개시된 발명의 일 측면은, 신속하게 체외 진단을 수행할 수 있고 장치의 소형화를 구현할 수 있는 미세유동장치를 제공한다. 개시된 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 미세유동장치는 샘플이 주입되는 샘플 주입구가 형성된 플랫폼; 및 상기 플랫폼에 형성되고, 상기 샘플에 존재하는 표적 항원과 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 포함하는 시약 1 및 상기 항체에 특이적으로 결합하는 항원과 효소가 접합된 항원-효소 접합체를 포함하는 시약 2가 저장된 챔버를 포함한다.

Provided are a method for detecting a cartridge for measuring glycated proteins in a sample, which can accurately detect the amount of glycated protein by measuring an accurate initial measurement value using a capillary, a system, the glycated proteins; and a method for checking the glycated proteins. The system for measuring the glycated proteins of the present invention comprises the cartridge for measuring the glycated proteins, which includes a first reaction chamber having the capillary and a second reaction chamber connected to be in fluid communication; and a measurer.

Provided are an identifying method of glycated protein in a sample and a device for the same method. The identifying method of glycated protein in a sample includes the steps of: forming a matrix to which glycated protein is bound; separating non-glycated protein by eliminating a glycated protein-matrix complex, formed in the earlier step, from a reaction mixture; measuring signals from the non-glaycated protein; and comparing the measured signals of the earlier step with signals measured from a sample including glycated protein and non-glycated protein. The device for the identifying method of glycated protein in a sample includes a first area and a second area. The first area includes: a first chamber; a means to separate the matrix which is connected to enable a fluid communication, and to which a glycated protein is bound; and a first detection area connected to the means to enable a fluid communication. The second area includes a second reaction chamber and a second detection area which is connected to the second reaction chamber to enable a fluid communication.
