Abstract: A road information display method is provided to service road information consisting of road location information and ground information of a road from movement of a car by using a portable terminal, thus driving convenience is offered to a user. A controller decides whether a portable terminal is set to extract movement information(S305). A server of a mobile communication network extracts ground information of a road through the movement information(S311).
