본 발명은 휴대 단말기 및 전자기기의 표면 코팅 도료에 사용되는 질감 도료(Soft Feel)용 도료 조성물 및 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 칼라 변색 방지, 내열 황변성 및 내침염성을 위해 사용되는 도료 조성물에 있어서, 폴리부타디엔 폴리올 및 폴리 올레핀산을 합성하여 올리고머 조성물을 얻고, 상기 올리고머 조성물에 다수의 첨가제를 함유하여 상기 칼라 변색 방지, 내열 황변성 및 내침염성이 우수한 도료 조성물을 제조하며, 상기 도료 조성물을 휴대 단말기 및 전자 기기의 표면에 코팅함을 특징으로 하며, 이에 따라, 내열 황변성 및 내침염성이 우수하고, 칼라변색을 방지하며, 경시별 칼라 안정성을 향상시키고, 또한, 블랙색상이외에 화이트(white)를 비롯한 다양한 밝은 칼라에 사용할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 질감 도료용 올리고머 조성물, 도료 조성물, 폴리올.

PURPOSE: A strainer having pressure gauges is provided to enable a worker to easily detect impurities inside by the pressure difference between an inlet and an outlet. CONSTITUTION: A strainer is composed of a pipe(10) having an inlet(10a) and an outlet(10b), a straining member(20), an inflow pressure gauge(60), and an outflow pressure gauge(70). A straining unit(10c) is formed at the middle part of the pipe, and is stopped up by a stopper member(30). A gasket(2) is installed between the straining unit and the stopper member, and seals a space between the straining unit and the stopper member. The straining member is installed at the straining unit of the pipe, and has first and second straining nets(21,22) for straining impurities from fluid flowing in the pipe. The inflow pressure gauge is installed at an inflow-pressure measuring pipe(40) formed at the inlet of the pipe. The outflow pressure gauge is installed at an outflow-pressure measuring pipe(50) formed at the outlet of the pipe. Ball valves(80) are installed at the inflow-pressure measuring pipe and the outflow-pressure measuring pipe, respectively.

PURPOSE: A fiber optic cable used for blowing installation method is provided to reduce a cost for raw materials by minimizing the outside diameter and the weight of the optical cable. CONSTITUTION: A fiber optic cable used for blowing installation method includes a central strength member(210), a plurality of loose tubes(240), an aramid yarn(250), and a cable outer jacket(260). The central strength member(210) is installed in a center of the optical cable. The loose tubes(240) are bonded along a circumference of the central strength member by a S-Z method. The loose tubes include a plurality of optical fibers, respectively. Each loose tube has the diameter of 1.8 to 2.0mm. The aramid yarn(250) is used for binding the loose tubes. The cable outer jacket(260) is formed on an outer surface of the optical cable to protect the inside of the optical cable from the external environment.

PURPOSE: An injection composition and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the aesthetic design of products by forming patterns according to colors or metals. CONSTITUTION: An injection composition includes an injection base material(20), a primer layer(30), a transparent pattern coating layer(40), a deposition layer(50), a finishing layer(60), and a clear coating layer(70). The injection base material is transparently or semi-transparently injection-molded. The primer layer is arranged on the rear side of the injection base material. The transparent pattern coating layer is arranged on the rear side of the primer layer and forms patterns by drying the surface of the transparent pattern coating layer in an oven. The depositing layer is deposited on the rear side of the transparent pattern coating layer. The finishing layer is arranged on the rear side of the depositing layer. An external appearance painting method of a portable electronic device comprises: a primer coating step(S2) of coating an external appearance of the portable electronic device with a pattern paint comprising resins, solvents, and mixed pigments having characteristics that are willing to contain the solvents and resins, thereby forming a primer layer; a base coating step(S3) of coating a color paint having a color to be applied to the external appearance of the portable electronic device on the primer layer to form a base layer; and a top coating step(S4) of coating a soft feel paint on the base layer to form a surface layer, wherein cracks are formed in the primer layer as the mixed pigments in the primer coating step have the characteristics that are willing to contain the solvents and resins.

A plating method is provided to print three-dimensional patterns as well as trademarks and logos on cases for handheld terminals and the like and to improve external designs of the cases by embossing metallic textures. A plating method comprises: a preparation step of forming a plating base(11); a printing step of printing plating patterns(13) on a plating surface of the plating base; and a plating step of plating the plating surface of the plating base, wherein a plating layer(15) is formed on parts of the plating surface on which the plating patterns are not printed. The plating method further comprises: a coloring step of coloring the plating layer by performing a deposition process and an electrodeposition process after forming the plating layer; a removal step of removing the plating patterns printed on the plating surface after forming the plating layer; and a protection film forming step of coating a protection film on the plating surface including the plating layer after removing the plating patterns.
