Abstract: PURPOSE: A kimchi vessel comprising a transparent window for peeping into the inside of a case thereof and a storage time displaying means for displaying a storage time of kimchi on a cover is provided. CONSTITUTION: The kimchi vessel comprises the parts of: a case of which upper part is opened and forms a storage space and a cover for covering the opening part of the case, wherein an displaying means for displaying a storage time of kimchi is equipped to the cover. The displaying means is characterized in that it comprises: a rotation knob(41) axially coupled to a through-hole(31a) formed on the cover to be rotatively and forming an instruction part on one side thereof; and a plurality of graduations(43, 44) printed with numbers by each month on the cover along rotation radius of the rotation knot.
