본개시에따른, 기판상에수직으로적층되는복수의메모리셀들을각각포함하는복수의스트링들을포함하는비휘발성메모리장치의동작방법은, 복수의스트링선택라인들에대응하는메모리셀들에대해소거동작을수행하고, 복수의스트링선택라인들중 제1 스트링선택라인에연결된제1 스트링들에대해소거검증동작을수행하며, 제1 스트링들중 소거페일된제1 페일스트링에해당하는페일칼럼정보를저장하며, 제1 스트링들에대해소거패스되면, 복수의스트링선택라인들중 제2 스트링선택라인에연결된제2 스트링들에대해소거검증동작을수행한다.
Abstract:
A servo control apparatus and method of an optical disc apparatus are provided to implement feed-back control when printing on the label surface of an optical disc by amplifying the error signal and removing noise. A servo control apparatus(400), particularly for the case of printing on the label side the label surface of an optical disc, which is an uneven reflective surface, comprises an optical pickup unit(120) outputting the error signal indicating the degree of an error according to the location of an objective lens from the reflection light of the label surface, a signal correcting unit(150) which amplifies the error signal to a first level, and a controller(180) which controls the location of the objective lens in response to the amplified error signal so that the error signal outputted from the optical pickup part is reduced.

PURPOSE: A flash memory and a reading method of the flash memory improve the error correction capability at the flash memory which does not support soft decision. CONSTITUTION: Hard data about a first target page is sensed using a first hard read voltage (S120). Soft data about the first target page is generated by using a pair of soft read voltages whose voltage level is different from that of the first hard read voltage while a flash memory performs a first operation for the sensed hard data (S140). PURPOSE: An ADIP(Address in Pre-groove) signal detecting circuit and a method thereof are provided to detect non-continuous points, correctly and speedily, and to easily implement an integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: The circuit comprises a differentiator(31), a window comparator(32), and an ADIP signal generator(33). The differentiator(31) receives a wobble signal, and then differentiates the signal. The window comparator(32) compares an output signal of the differentiator(31) with a positive reference level to generate the first comparison signal, and compares an output signal of the differentiator(31) with a negative reference level to generate the second comparison signal. The ADIP signal generator(33) generates an ADIP signal which expresses a positive non-continuous point of the wobble signal in response to an edge of the first comparison signal and expresses a negative non-continuous point of the wobble signal in response to an edge of the second comparison signal.

본발명의실시예에따른불휘발성메모리장치는셀 어레이, 제 1 페이지버퍼, 제 2 페이지버퍼를포함할수 있다. 셀어레이는복수의메모리셀을포함할수 있다. 제 1 페이지버퍼는셀 어레이의제 1 메모리셀에연결되고, 프로그램검증동작수행시, 제 1 메모리셀의프로그램완료여부를센싱하여생성한제 1 센싱데이터를저장할수 있다. 제 2 페이지버퍼는셀 어레이의제 2 메모리셀에연결되고, 프로그램검증동작수행시, 제 2 메모리셀의프로그램완료여부를센싱하여생성한제 2 센싱데이터를기초로제 1 검증데이터를생성하여저장하고, 제 1 센싱데이터를제 1 페이지버퍼로부터전송받고, 제 1 센싱데이터및 제 1 검증데이터를누적하여생성한제 2 검증데이터를저장할수 있다.
Abstract:
A recording operation control method of an optical disc device and an optical disc device using the same are provided to improve record quality by completely recording an image printed on a label side even in case a defect is generated in recording operation while recording at the label side. An optical disc device comprises: a buffer memory(120) in which data are stored; a writer(130) recording the data of the buffer memory in a label side of an optical disc; a controller(140) which discontinues recording operation in case a defect is generated in the recording operation and controls the writer in order to record corresponding data from the interrupted location in case a factor causing the defect is removed; and a memory(150) storing a initial record point in which the writer starts initial record and a stop point in case the recording operation is interrupted.

DVD+R/RW와 같은 광 디스크 장치의 워블 검출 시스템에서 불연속점을 정확히 빠르게 검출할 수 있고 또한 회로가 간단하여 쉽게 집적회로로 구현될 수 있는 ADIP(Address in pre-groove) 신호 검출회로 및 검출방법이 개시된다. 상기 검출방법에 따라 구현되는 상기 ADIP 신호 검출회로는, 워블 신호(wobble)를 수신하여 미분하는 미분기(Differentiator), 포지티브 기준레벨과 상기 미분기의 출력신호를 비교하여 제1비교신호를 발생하고 네거티브 기준레벨과 상기 미분기의 출력신호를 비교하여 제2비교신호를 발생하는 윈도우 비교기, 및 상기 제1비교신호의 에지에 응답하여 상기 워블 신호의 포지티브 불연속점을 나타내고 상기 제2비교신호의 에지에 응답하여 상기 워블 신호의 네거티브 불연속점을 나타내는 ADIP(Address in pre-groove) 신호를 발생하는 ADIP 신호 발생부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 회로가 간단하여 쉽게 집적회로로 구현될 수 있으며 또한 동작속도가 빨라 불연속점을 정확히 빠르게 검출할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

DVD+R/RW와 같은 광 디스크 장치의 워블 검출 시스템에서 불연속점을 정확히 빠르게 검출할 수 있고 또한 회로가 간단하여 쉽게 집적회로로 구현될 수 있는 ADIP(Address in pre-groove) 신호 검출회로 및 검출방법이 개시된다. 상기 검출방법에 따라 구현되는 상기 ADIP 신호 검출회로는, 하나 또는 두 개의 윈도우 비교기, 각각 배타적 논리합 회로와 논리곱 회로로 구성되는 두 개의 에지 검출회로들, 각각 플립플롭과 카운터로 구성되는 두 개의 불연속점 판단회로를 구비한다. 따라서 회로가 간단하여 쉽게 집적회로로 구현될 수 있으며 또한 동작속도가 빨라 불연속점을 정확히 빠르게 검출할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

PURPOSE: An ADIP(Address in Pre-groove) signal detecting circuit and method is provided to exactly and quickly detect non-continuous points, and to easily implement an integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: The circuit comprises a delayer(31), the first window comparator(32), the second window comparator(33), the first edge detector(34), the second edge detector(35), the first non-continuous point checker(36), and the second non-continuous point checker(37). The delayer(31) delays a wobble signal by a predetermined time. The first window comparator(32) compares the wobble signal with a positive reference level and a negative reference level, and outputs the first comparison signal and the second comparison signal. The second window comparator(33) compares an output signal of the delayer(31) with the positive reference signal and the negative reference signal, and outputs the third comparison signal and the fourth comparison signal. The first edge detector(34) receives the first and the third comparison signal, and detects edges of the first comparison signal. The second edge detector(35) receives the second and the fourth comparison signal, and detects edges of the second comparison signal. The first non-continuous point checker(36) generates a signal corresponding to a positive non-continuous point of the wobble signal if there exist two continuous edges within a certain time interval among the edges detected by the first edge detector(34). The second non-continuous point checker(37) generates a signal corresponding to a negative non-continuous point of the wobble signal if there exist two continuous edges in a certain time interval among the edges detected by the second edge detector(35).
