본 발명의 다양한 실시예는 전자 장치에서 배터리의 충전을 제어하기 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 이때, 전자 장치는, 서로 다른 위치에 배치되는 다수 개의 온도 센서들과, 배터리와 메모리와 적어도 하나의 프로세서, 및 상기 배터리의 충전을 제어하는 충전 모듈을 포함하며, 상기 충전 모듈은, 상기 배터리의 충전 방식을 확인하고, 상기 배터리의 충전 방식에 기반하여 상기 다수 개의 온도 센서들 중 적어도 하나의 온도 센서를 선택하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 온도 센서를 통해 측정한 온도에 기반하여 상기 배터리의 충전 전류를 제어하도록 설정될 수 있다. 다른 실시예들도 가능할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A transmitting and receiving network controller controlling allocated the amount of shared buffer memory according to transmitting and receiving flow and a method therefor are provided to control a shared buffer memory of which allocated amount is controlled according to transmitting and receiving flow in order to arbitrate data communication between system and other media, consequently the buffer memory can be used efficiently and overflow or underflow occurring over data communication can be reduced. CONSTITUTION: A shared memory(210) includes a transmission storing part and a reception storing part for storing and outputting transmitting data and receiving data. A flow control unit(200) generates a threshold control signal increasing an allocated amount of the transmission storing part when a transmission executing signal is active, and increasing an allocated amount of the reception storing part when a reception executing signal is active. A transmission control unit(230) receives transmitting data for outputting the transmitting data with transmission write signals, and outputs the transmitting data to another inferior layer, and outputs the transmission executing signal in an active state whenever receiving the transmitting data. A reception control unit(240) receives receiving data from the inferior layer for outputting the receiving data with reception write address signals, outputs the data output from the shared memory(210) to a system bus, and outputs the reception executing signal in an active state whenever receiving the receiving data.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for controlling a transmitter buffer and a receiver buffer of a network controller and a network controller therefor are provided to consider buffers on a transceiving path as virtual transceiving buffers, respectively, and to reflect upon relative occupancy rates of each buffer and increased/decreased states of the occupancy rates, thereby preventing excessive transceiving buffers. CONSTITUTION: An internal arbiter receives requests for using a system bus from a transmitter buffer and a receiver buffer, and decides whether both a transmitter and a receiver request to use the bus(310). If so, the internal arbiter decides whether a mode is an emergency mode(320), and determines whether to access the system bus. If the mode is not the emergency mode, the internal arbiter compares an occupancy amount of the receiver buffer with an empty amount of the transmitter buffer(340), and determines whether to access the system bus. If the occupancy amount of the receiver buffer is bigger than the empty amount of the transmitter buffer, the internal arbiter permits the receiver buffer to use the system bus(355), and if not, the internal arbiter permits the transmitter buffer to use the system bus(356).

PURPOSE: A method is provided to manage many telephone numbers stored in a mobile communication terminal efficiently by managing user data of the terminal at a computer. CONSTITUTION: A method for managing user data of a mobile communication terminal using a computer at the terminal connected to the computer through a data cable, comprises the steps of: performing user data managing application by the computer; transmitting a read/write control command or/and an application message composed of user data into the mobile communication terminal; displaying the user data from the terminal in response to the application message; analyzing the application message at the mobile communication terminal(305); if the analyzed result indicates a read command, reading the user data from a memory to construct the user data into a predetermined frame so as to be transmitted into the computer(315,317,319,321); and if the analyzed result indicates a write control command, detecting the user data from the application message to store the detected user data to the memory(309,311,313).
