본 발명의 POP(Package on Package) 형태의 반도체 패키지는 하부 반도체 칩이 매립된 하부 패키지 기판, 및 상기 하부 패키지 기판 및 상기 하부 반도체 칩 상에 위치한 상부 재배선 구조체를 포함함과 아울러 제1 크기를 갖는 하부 패키지; 상기 하부 패키지의 상기 상부 재배선 구조체 상에 탑재되어 상기 하부 패키지와 전기적으로 연결된 상부 패키지 기판, 상기 상부 패키지 기판에 위치한 상부 반도체 칩을 포함하고, 상기 제1 크기보다 작은 제2 크기를 갖는 상부 패키지; 및 상기 하부 패키지 상의 상기 상부 패키지의 외각 경계부의 아래 및 근방에 위치하고 상기 상부 패키지를 인식할 수 있는 얼라인 마크를 포함한다.

본발명은통신단말장치에탑재된복수개의네트워크인터페이스를이용하여통신을수행하는방법에관한것으로, 본발명은통신단말장치의복수개의어플리케이션각각에게복수개의네트워크인터페이스에대응되는서로다른 IP 주소를할당하고, 그할당된 IP 주소에기초하여복수개의어플리케이션과복수개의네트워크인터페이스간에송수신되는데이터들을중계하면, 그중계를통하여복수개의네트워크인터페이스가외부네트워크와동시에통신함으로써, 데이터의전송효율성을높일수 있다.

Provided is a semiconductor device with improved reliability by preventing a fuse cut by a repair process from being electrically re-connected by electrochemical migration. The semiconductor device includes a substrate, a first fuse pattern and a second fuse pattern which are formed on the substrate and are separated from each other with a first width, a first insulating layer which is formed on the first fuse pattern and the second fuse pattern and includes an opening part which has a second width which is smaller than the first width.

PURPOSE: A multi-chip semiconductor package and a method for forming the same are provided to reduce a chip crack by using an insulating layer, a protrusion electrode, and an interconnection. CONSTITUTION: A first semiconductor chip(11) having a first protrusion electrode(17) is formed on the upper surface. A second semiconductor chip(21) having a second protrusion electrode(27) is formed on the first semiconductor chip. An insulating layer(8) is formed between the first protrusion electrode and the second protrusion electrode. A groove is formed on the insulating layer. The first protrusion electrode is interconnected with the second protrusion electrode by filling the groove.
