Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for coating the surface of exterior materials are provided to form coating layers formed in objects to be coated at an uniform quality because the multiple objects to be coated repetitively rotate and revolve in one deposition chamber. CONSTITUTION: A method for coating the surface of exterior materials is as follows. Exterior materials are arranged in a deposition chamber(21). A vaporizer(25) is installed in an area surrounded by a revolution trajectory of the exterior materials and a tablet containing coating composition is arranged in the vaporizer. While the exterior materials rotate and revolve, the tablet is vaporized so that a coating layer can be deposited on the surface of the exterior materials.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An injection-molded product with a multilayered pattern and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure various patterns and three-dimensional effect by forming a main layer part and a multi-layered dual layer part on the surface of an injection-molded product. CONSTITUTION: An injection-molded product with a multilayered pattern comprises a main layer part(120), a dual layer part(130), a deposition part(140), and a clear coating layer(150). The main layer part is projected or recessed on the surface of the injection-molded product to form a base pattern. The dual layer part is projected or recessed on the main layer part and has one or more layers to provide three-dimensional effect and grip feeling. The deposition part is deposited on the surface of the injection-molded product to give color. The clear coating layer protects the product surface and the deposition part.
