CONSTITUTION: An electron-donating polymer includes a repeating unit A represented by chemical formula 1 and a repeating unit B represented by chemical formula 2. The electron-donating polymer has a number-average molecular weight of 1,000-800,000 and a band gap of 1.2-1.8 eV. An organic solar cell (100) includes a first electrode (20), a second electrode (40) facing the first electrode; and a photoactive layer (30) which is located between the first electrode and the second electrode and includes an electron donor and an electron accepter.
