Abstract: PURPOSE: A projector and a display device with the same are provided to minimize the length of a projecting window of the projector even though the projecting window is arranged in the center and to improve the thermal stability of the projector. CONSTITUTION: A projector comprises an optical system, a light source heat radiation unit, circuit boards(120,130), an inhalation unit, an exhaust unit, and a path dividing unit(340).
