Abstract: A frequency resource operating apparatus and method for transmitting and receiving data at a different hopping pattern speed according to a CSI in a BWA communication system are provided. In a method of transmitting and receiving data using CSI in a mobile communication system, a BS sets the CSI of an MS to an initial CSI and sends data to the MS according to the initial CSI. The MS sends a downlink CSI to the BS. The BS groups the MS based on the downlink CSI and sends data to the MS according to a hopping pattern for the group of the MS among hopping patterns preset for predetermined groups.

After that, the stereoscopic image output apparatus outputs the demodulated data through three-dimensional stereoscopic images and multi channel sounds(60).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A receiver in a multiple channel communication system and a data recovery method using the receiver are provided to reduce an error rate by applying updated QAM determination criterion on a subchannel having an increased error rate. CONSTITUTION: A receiver in a multiple channel communication system includes a margin check module(630), a multiple QAM(Quadrature Amplitude Modulation) decoder(640), a plurality of CRC modules(650-1,650-N), and a selection circuit(670). The margin check module receives a phase compensated QAM signal, detects SNRs of each of the received QAM signals, outputs the QAM signal and information on an erroneous region based on the detection result. The multiple QAM decoder receives the QAM signals, extracts a bit stream corresponding to coordinates of each of the QAM cells including the erroneous region, when the QAM signal corresponding to the information on the erroneous region is received. The CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check) modules determines errors on each of received frames by using a CRC method. The selection circuit outputs one of the output signals of the CRC modules as a modulated bit stream in response to a selection signal.
