Abstract: PURPOSE: A call control method and a system thereof are provided to select a communication fee system according to the real-time selection of a user. CONSTITUTION: If a receiving terminal receives a first communication request message from a transmitting terminal, the receiving terminal generates an alarm of the message(S303). The receiving terminal generates a call denial message for the first call request message(S309). The receiving terminal transmits the generated call denial message to a transmitting terminal. The receiving terminal transfers the generated second call request message to the transmitting terminal(S313).
