Abstract: The present invention relates to a display panel and a display device having thereof, and the display panel comprises a flat plate-shaped substrate, a light outputting layer which is mounted on the substrate and outputs the light by an electrical drive, and a multiple of switch elements that are arranged in a matrix form so that it may drive the light outputting layer by driving signals of switches. It also includes a plurality of semiconductor layers that may be equipped with a plurality of lines so as to transmit the driving signals to the multiple switch elements, and each of these multiple lines is provided with an extended line with certain intervals so that in terms of distance and direction of each line, it is thicker than any of a distance and direction from a terminal end to the center. Accordingly, it may minimize the deterioration in the quality of display even if the size of a screen gets bigger.
