Abstract: PURPOSE: A motion based user interface control device and a method thereof are provided to enlarge/reduce or move an image displayed on a touch screen according to the number of touched points and a motion of a mobile terminal, thereby easily controlling a size and a location of the image. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen outputs an image and receives a point from a user. A sensor unit(311) senses a motion of a device. If the motion of the device is sensed, a motion calculating unit(309) calculates a motion degree of the device. If the point is touched on the touch screen, a control unit(303) finds the number of touched points and receives information about the motion degree from the motion calculating unit. The control unit determines whether to change a size or a location of the image according to the number of touched points.

Abstract: A method for fabricating a semiconductor nano structure is provided to easily adjust the focus of laser and maintain uniformity of a sample by performing a laser ablation process on a compound semiconductor powder dispersed to an aqueous medium. Metal oxide powder is dispersed to an aqueous solution containing surfactant(10). A laser beam is injected to the aqueous solution to perform an ablation process on the metal oxide powder(20). A dispersion solution of a compound semiconductor nano particles is gathered from the ablated aqueous solution(30). The gathered dispersion solution is dried to collect the compound semiconductor nano particles(40). While the laser beam is injected to the aqueous solution, ultrasonic vibration can be applied to the aqueous solution.
