Abstract: A mobile terminal having a flexible display unit is provided to overcome the shortcomings that video contents are viewed through a small LCD window and enhance the portability of the mobile terminal. The first and second housings of a terminal face each other(S100). A user separates the first and second housings to expose a flexible display unit installed in a housing(S200). The fourth face of the first housing and the eighth face of the second housing are in contact with each other, and a locking unit of the first housing and that of the second housing are in contact with each other to fix the first and second housings(S300). The first and second housings are separated to further expose the flexible display unit(S400). The user separates the first and second housings to have a desired size, and pulls out a support of the fourth face of the first housing and that of the eighth face of the second housing and connects them to connect the first and second housings as one body(S500).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A high-density plasma CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition) apparatus is provided to form uniformly thickness of an insulating layer by injecting uniformly a gas on the surface of a wafer. CONSTITUTION: A chamber(110) is used for performing a process for depositing an insulating layer. A cover(120) is installed on an upper part of the chamber. An electrostatic chuck(130) is arranged at the bottom of the chamber. A wafer is loaded and fixed on the electrostatic chuck. The first injectors(142) are arranged on an inner wall of the chamber in order to inject a source gas. The second injectors(144) are arranged between the first injectors. The second injectors are longer than the first injectors. The second injectors are used for forming uniformly the amount of gas on an edge and a center of the wafer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for forming an SOG(Spin On Glass) is provided to form the SOG for composing an IMD(Inter Metal Dielectric) layer by using a flowing oxide. CONSTITUTION: A substrate for forming an SOG is loaded on an upper surface of a spin chuck(S1). A pattern such as a contact hole and a metallic material for metallic line are formed on the substrate. The substrate is slowly rotated by using the spin-chuck. The substrate is rotated with a rotating speed of 90 to 110rpm. A flowing oxide is provided to the substrate by using a nozzle(S3). The flowing oxide of 1.00 to 3.80cc is provided during 0.8 to 2.9 seconds. A cleaning process for the substrate is performed. The substrate is rotated in a high rotating speed during 10 to 11 seconds by using the spin-chuck(S5). An SOG is formed on the substrate.
