Abstract: A pre-align apparatus is provided to use a plurality of mount heads at the same time by adjusting a position of a circuit board mounted on a mount head using a contact piece. A mount head(40) mounts a driver circuit board(30) to be attached to a liquid crystal display panel(20) and linearly moves in one direction. An image device(50) reads a mount position of the driver circuit board mounted on the mount head. An alignment unit(60) includes a contact piece(62) that contacts the driver circuit board to align a mount position of the driver circuit board based on the reading result of the image device. A first servo motor unit(64) controls such that the contact piece linearly moves in other direction perpendicular to the direction that the mount head linearly moves. A second servo motor unit(66) controls such that the contact piece rotates on a plane that the two directions form.

Abstract: A parts mounting apparatus is provided to shorten an aligning time for parts to be mounted to a main panel by including a horizontal align unit on a mounting head. A parts mounting apparatus includes a main panel(1), a stage(201), and a mounting head(202). The stage(201) supports the main panel(1). The mounting head(202) is attached to the main panel(1). The mounting head(202) includes a head unit(210), a horizontal align unit(220), a vertical driving unit(2), and a couple of directional displacement adjusting units(221). The head unit(210) detachably supports the parts. The horizontal align unit(220) locates the main panel on an attachment position of the main panel(1) by displacing and rotating the head unit(210). The vertical driving unit(2) transfers the head unit(210) and attaches the parts to the main panel(1). The couple of directional displacement adjusting units(221) are attached to the head unit(210) in parallel, and displace or rotate the head unit(210) by being extended and contracted. The couple of directional displacement adjusting units(221) include a piezometer connected to the head unit(221).
