Abstract: PURPOSE: An ink jet print head device and a control method thereof are provided to reduce the time required for printing processes since the time of servicing multiple nozzles of an inkjet print head. CONSTITUTION: An ink jet print head device comprises an inkjet print head(100), an actuator, a voltage regulator(160), and a controller(170). The inkjet print head has multiple nozzles for discharging ink. The actuators are installed in the nozzles, respectively. The actuators control the ink-ejection of each nozzle. The voltage regulator controls the voltage applied on the nozzle actuator. The controller determines the printing operation of the inkjet print head. The controller controls the voltage of the voltage regulator applied on the actuator.

The plurality of pixels spread the color ink and transparent ink through the color inkjet head and transparent inkjet head. The color value measuring unit measures a color value of the ink spread on the plurality of pixels based on signals applied to the plurality of nozzles of the transparent inkjet head and the plurality of nozzles of the color inkjet head. The control unit changes the signals applied to the plurality of nozzles of the transparent inkjet head to make the measured color values of the ink spread on the plurality of pixels uniform.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An ink-jet head inspection apparatus and a method thereof are provided to reduce costs and shorten time for installation and inspection, since inspection equipment is simplified for the inspection of the multiple nozzles.
