Abstract: 본 발명에서는 기존 휠체어몸체의 높이가 침대, 식탁, 의자로 이루어진 특정객체의 높이와 서로 다르고, 전면으로밖에 일어날 수 없는 구조로 되어 있기 때문에 이동이 불편한 문제점과, 보호자가 환자보다 체형이 작을 경우에 이동이 힘들고, 마비환자나 거동이 불편한 환자의 경우에는 도우미의 도움없이 혼자서 다른 위치로 이동시키는 것이 어렵고, 환자의 증상에 따라 환자를 이동시키는 방법이 다르기 때문에, 잘못 이동시, 환자에게 2차적인 부상을 일으키는 문제점을 개선하고자, 휠체어본체(100), 3단각도조절형 침대가변모듈(200), 회전형팔거치대(300), 슬라이딩안내레일부(400), 유압승하강구동부(500), 구동바퀴(600)로 구성됨으로서, 휠체어구조에서 침대형상으로 가변시킬 수 있어, 응급상황시 환자를 안전하게 이동시킬 수 있고, 특정객체의 높이만큼 높낮이를 조절시킬 수 있고, 좌우로 슬라이딩시킬 수 있어 보호자와 환자의 신체접촉을 최소화할 수 있으며, 환자의 자세를 변형시키지 않으므로 2차적인 부상을 예방할 수 있고, 보호자에게 갈 수 있는 무리도 최소화하여 안정성을 높일 수 있으며, 무엇보다 휠체어에서 특정객체로의 이동시 발생되는 사고를 기존에 비해 80% 이하로 떨어뜨릴 수 있으며, 구조가 간단하고 가변성이 좋으며, 가격이 저렴해서 병원이나 요양원 등에 널리 실용화시킬 수 있는 침대가변형 슬라이딩 휠체어를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a wheelchair body (100), a 3 step angle adjustment type bed transforming module (200), a rotary arm rest (300), a sliding guide rail part (400), a hydraulic lifting and dropping drive part (500) and driving wheels (600), in order to improve a problem whereby a movement is inconvenient due to a structure where a height of an existing wheelchair body is different from that of a specific object composed of a bed, a table and a chair, a patient that can only stand up towards a front side and a problem where a movement is difficult in a case where the body size of a guardian is smaller than that of a patient, a movement to other position is difficult by himself or herself without a helper in a case where a paralyzed patient or a patient whose behavior is inconvenient, and a patient may sustain a secondary injury when the patient is wrongly moved because a method to move the patient is different according to the patient′s symptom. The present invention can safely move the patient when an emergency occurs and adjust the height according to the height of a specific object; minimize a body contact between the guardian and the patient by sliding in a left and right direction; prevent secondary injury because a patient′s posture is not changed; enhance stability by minimizing difficulty in going to the guardian; reduce, above all, the accidents occurring when moved from the wheelchair to the specific object under 80% as compared with a conventional wheelchair; have a simple structure and better transformability; and widely be put to practical use in a hospital or a sanatorium because the price is low.

Abstract translation: 本发明包括一个轮椅主体（100），一个3步角度调整型床变换模块（200），一个旋转扶手（300），一个滑动导轨部分（400），一个液压起降驱动部分 ）和驱动轮（600），为了改善由于现有轮椅主体的高度与由床，桌子和椅子组成的特定物体的高度不同的结构，改善了运动不便的问题， 只要站在前方的病人和监护人的身体尺寸小于患者的身体尺寸的情况下难以移动的问题，则自己无法自行移动到其他位置 在瘫痪患者或其行为不便的患者的情况下的辅助者，并且当患者错误移动时患者可能会维持继发性损伤，因为根据患者的症状移动患者的方法不同。 本发明可以在发生紧急情况时安全地移动患者，并根据特定物体的高度来调整身高; 通过向左右方向滑动，尽量减少监护人与患者之间的身体接触; 防止继发性损伤，因为患者的姿势没有改变; 通过尽量减少到监护人的难度来增强稳定性; 最重要的是，与传统轮椅相比，将轮椅从特定物体移动到80％以下时发生的事故; 结构简单，变形性好; 由于价格低廉，广泛应用于医院或疗养院。
