Abstract: 본 발명은 염증질환을 예방 및 치료할 수 있는 항염증 활성을 갖는 산국 추출물로부터 분리된 한델린을 함유하는 약리적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 대식세포에서 내독소인 LPS에 의해 증가된 iNOS 및 COX-2의 발현량을 감소시킬뿐만 아니라, 동물 모델에서도 생성된 부종을 감소시키는 한델린이 비염, 기관지염, 간염, 관절염, 천식 등 염증반응에 관련 질병들에 대해 항염증 효과를 발휘하면서 이들 질병 예방과 치료에 도움을 줄 수 있다는 점을 확인하였다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing spinosin or a spinosin-containing crude drug extract is provided to effectively improve memory and learning ability and to effectively prevent and treat cognitive disorders such as dementia and amnesia. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating cognitive disorder contains spinosin. Abstract: The present invention relates to a pharmacological composition containing handelin isolated from an extract of Chrysanthemum boreale makino having an anti-inflammatory activity capable of prevention and treatment of inflammatory diseases.
