Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition containing Dipterocarpus tuberculatus extract as an active ingredient for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases or autoimmune diseases. The Dipterocarpus tuberculatus extract according to the present invention inhibits the production of NO and PGE, which are inflammation markers induced by LPS, and the expression of signal transduction proteins such as NF-κB, iNOS, COX2, PDK1, etc., which are involved in inflammation or autoimmune activation, and improves immune sites in an animal model, thereby being useful for anti-inflammation or preventing or treating the autoimmune diseases.

PURPOSE: A method for rearrangement of genomic DNA is provided to change specific gene using zinc-finger nuclease. CONSTITUTION: A target-specific nuclease is used in deletion, duplication, inversion, or rearrangement of genomic DNA by two or more cleaving specific sites. The target-specific nuclease is a zinc finger nuclease. The zinc finger nuclease contains two or more zinc finger modules. The zinc finger nuclease recognizes different two sites.
