본 발명은 알츠하이머병 치료에 사용될 수 있는 마이크로RNA(miR)-188-5p의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 miR-188-5p를 유효성분으로 포함하는 약학적 조성물은 알츠하이머병을 갖는 개체에 투입될 때 NRP2 단백질의 발현을 억제하여, 감소된 수상돌기 가시의 밀도를 회복시키고 시냅스 전달 기능을 향상시켜, 알츠하이머병을 효과적으로 예방 또는 치료할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A composition containing an agent which measures pig nanog protein expression level for analyzing pig stem cell pluripotency is provided to be used as a marker which is able to specifically detect pluripotent species. CONSTITUTION: A composition for analyzing pluripotency of pig stem cells contains an agent for measuring pig nanog protein expression level. The agent is an antibody which specifically binds to pig nanog protein or fragment thereof. The fragment of pig nanog protein is 50-150 amino acids at C-terminal of nanog protein. A nucleotide sequence encoding the pig nanog protein contains a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 1.

CONSTITUTION: A composition for suppressing stem cell differentiation comprises: a microsphere containing stimuli-responsive biopolymers and albumin; and a stem cell-suppressive material which is inserted into the microspheres. The stimuli-responsive biopolymer is elastine-like polypeptide(ELP). The microsphere is cross-linked with glutaraldehyde. The stem cell-suppressive material is LIF(leukemia inhibitory factor).

CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating Parkinson's disease contains an Ecklonia cava extract as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using water or an organic solvent. The extract contains phloroglucinol. The composition for preventing or treating Parkinson's disease contains phloroglucinol as an active ingredient. The Ecklonia cava extract or phloroglucinol suppresses or prevents nerve cell injury caused by 6 -hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA).
