    Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing microsphere containing stimuli-responsive biopolymers and albumin and a stem cell-suppressive material is provided to be used in a drug delivery carrier. CONSTITUTION: A composition for suppressing stem cell differentiation comprises: a microsphere containing stimuli-responsive biopolymers and albumin; and a stem cell-suppressive material which is inserted into the microspheres. The stimuli-responsive biopolymer is elastine-like polypeptide(ELP). The microsphere is cross-linked with glutaraldehyde. The stem cell-suppressive material is LIF(leukemia inhibitory factor).
