Abstract: 본발명은암 예방또는치료에이용될수 있는클라우딘(Caludin) 3 및 4에대한항체에관한것이다. 본발명의항체는암 세포(특히, 난소암세포)에서과발현되는클라우딘 3 및 4에특이적으로결합하는항체로서, 기존의클라우딘 3 또는 4 타겟항체들의 CDR 서열과비교하여상동성이매우낮아, 그서열의독특함이있다. 본발명의항체는암세포를살상시켜암(특히, 난소암)의예방또는치료에매우유효하다.
Abstract translation: 本发明涉及可用于预防或治疗癌症的克劳丁3和4特异性抗体。 本发明的抗体是特异性结合克劳丁3和4的抗体,其在癌细胞(特别是卵巢癌细胞)中过表达,并且与常规克鲁丁蛋白3或4靶向抗体的CDR序列相比具有非常低的均匀性 ,从而具有序列的特性。 本发明的抗体杀死癌细胞,并且对于预防或治疗癌症(特别是卵巢癌)基本上是有效的。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing microsphere containing stimuli-responsive biopolymers and albumin and a stem cell-suppressive material is provided to be used in a drug delivery carrier. CONSTITUTION: A composition for suppressing stem cell differentiation comprises: a microsphere containing stimuli-responsive biopolymers and albumin; and a stem cell-suppressive material which is inserted into the microspheres. The stimuli-responsive biopolymer is elastine-like polypeptide(ELP). The microsphere is cross-linked with glutaraldehyde. The stem cell-suppressive material is LIF(leukemia inhibitory factor).
