Abstract: 마이크로패턴이된 도구는, 생체내에삽입되도록구성된몸체; 및상기몸체의표면에형성된복수개의식별영역으로이루어지는마이크로패턴을포함할수 있다. 광간섭단층촬영(Optical Coherence Tomography; OCT) 영상의보정방법은, 미리결정된크기를갖는마이크로패턴을포함하는도구를생체내에삽입하는단계; 상기도구가삽입된생체의광간섭단층촬영영상을획득하는단계; 획득된상기영상에서상기마이크로패턴에대응되는영역의크기를상기미리결정된크기와비교하는단계; 및상기비교하는단계의결과를이용하여상기영상을왜곡을보정하는단계를포함할수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A micro-patterned device and a method for compensating distortion of an optical coherent tomography image using the same are provided to be widely used for analyzing the result of experimental data and checking errors. CONSTITUTION: A micro-patterned device comprises a body(210) and micro patterns(200). The body is formed to be inserted into an organism. Micro patterns consist of a plurality of identifying areas(201,202). The identifying areas are formed on the surface of the body. The size of each identifying area is within 10 μm~100 μm. Each identifying area comprises a protrusion or a depression. The device comprises a metallic material on each identifying area and an organism-compatible material coated on the metallic material.
