PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an arrowhead-shaped micro-electrode array is provided to minimize a physical effect due to biological tissue. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an arrowhead-shaped micro-electrode array comprises: a step of etching a first area on a substrate; a step of successively forming a first conductive layer(102) and a second conductive layer(103) in the first area; a step of etching a second area on the substrate; a step forming a first high molecular material layer on the second area; a step of forming a second high molecular material layer on the front of the substrate; a step of partly eliminating the second high molecular material layer; a step of forming a third conductive layer(106) connected to the second conductive layer on the top of the substrate; a step of forming a third high molecular material layer on the front of the substrate; and a step of partly eliminating the third high molecular material layer.

PURPOSE: A multi droplet generator is provided to generate a multi functional droplet by using various kinds of drugs and biodegradable polymer materials. CONSTITUTION: Raw materials are inputted to two or more droplet material supply paths(110,120). A droplet generation inducer(160) generates droplets by combining droplet raw materials. A central path(100) moves droplet generated from the droplet generation inducer. The droplet is discharged through a droplet outlet(151). The droplet material supply path, the droplet generation inducer, the central path, and the droplet outlet are spatially connected with one another.

본 발명은 표면에 미생물이 선택적으로 흡착된 이동성 마이크로 소자를 제작하는 방법으로서, 상기 마이크로 소자의 표면 에너지를 부분적 또는 전체적으로 조절하여 마이크로 소자에 흡착되는 미생물의 공간적 분포 또는 밀집도를 제어하는 것을 포함하는 방법 및 마이크로 소자의 표면 에너지 조절에 의해 제어된 공간적 분포 또는 밀집도로 흡착된 미생물을 포함하는 이동성 마이크로 소자에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 마이크로 소자의 표면 에너지를 조절하여 마이크로 소자에 흡착되는 미생물의 공간적 분포 또는 밀집도를 선택적으로 제어함으로써, 미생물의 운동성에 일관성을 부여하여 체내에서 마이크로 소자를 이동시키는 동력원으로 사용할 수 있게 함과 동시에, 마이크로 소자의 체내 투여를 가능하게 한다. 또한, 미생물 흡착을 위해 마이크로 소자의 표면에 추가적으로 화학적 처리하는 과정을 거치지 않고, 마이크로 소자의 표면 구성 물질이 나타내는 성질만으로 미생물이 선택적으로 흡착시켜 목적하는 이동성을 부여할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a micro device in which microorganisms are selectively adsorbed on the surface is provided to selectively control the spatial distribution or close-packed state of the microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a mobile micro device having microorganisms(120) selectively adsorbed on the surface comprises a step of partially or entirely controlling the surface energy of the micro device to control the spatial distribution or close-packed state of the microorganisms. The surface energy is controlled by varying the physical or chemical properties of the materials forming the micro device.

PURPOSE: A micro-patterned device and a method for compensating distortion of an optical coherent tomography image using the same are provided to be widely used for analyzing the result of experimental data and checking errors. CONSTITUTION: A micro-patterned device comprises a body(210) and micro patterns(200). The body is formed to be inserted into an organism. Micro patterns consist of a plurality of identifying areas(201,202). The identifying areas are formed on the surface of the body. The size of each identifying area is within 10 μm~100 μm. Each identifying area comprises a protrusion or a depression. The device comprises a metallic material on each identifying area and an organism-compatible material coated on the metallic material.

PURPOSE: An integrated apparatus for automatically generating and classifying droplets is provided to stores classified droplets by automatically droplets according to the mass, size, and composition ratio through the droplet control fluid of a droplet separator. CONSTITUTION: A droplet generator includes a droplet raw material supply unit(110,111,120,121), a droplet generation inducer(200), and a central path(100) and generates droplets by combining one or more droplet raw materials. A droplet classifier classifies the droplet according to weight, size, or composition ratio by using a flow structure or flow of droplet control fluid. The droplet generator is spatially connected to the droplet classifier.

PURPOSE: An arrowhead-shaped micro-electrode array being wrapped with a support wall is provided to minimize a physical effect to biological tissue even in case of being transplanted with a flexible printed circuit board and a support wall within an organism and transmit and record even a signal with a small noise by being adhered to a organism signal record and a transmission object with array composition, which considers the microelectrode of the arrowhead structure and the form of the organization in the form projected in the top of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first microelectrode(102b) has a sharp end part and is laminated on a flexible printed circuit board(101). A microelectrode with an arrowhead structure includes a second microelectrode(102a) which is laminated on the first microelectrode. A microelectrode array includes a support wall(105) which surrounds the microelectrode with the arrowhead structure.
