Abstract:
PURPOSE: An anerobic decomposition device in which dry and wet modes are mixed and a treatment process using the same are provided to process efficiently and stably food waste by successively perform a wet-type methane fermentation process and a dry-type acid fermentation process. CONSTITUTION: An anerobic decomposition tank comprises the following: an inner tank consisting of an inlet(311) on the top and an outlet(312) on the bottom; an inner tank(320) receiving food water through the inlet; an agitator(330) installed on the top of the outer tank; an inner agitating vane(332) rotating inside the inner tank and connected to a rotary shaft(331) of the agitator; and an outer agitating vane(333) rotating between the inner tank and the outer tank.

유연성 RFID 태그제조방법및 이에의해제조된유연성 RFID 태그가개시된다. 금속나노입자와탄소나노튜브를혼합한복합나노소재를인쇄용원료로사용한다. 공기역학적으로펌핑타이밍을조절하여그 복합나노소재를여기(excitation)시키는것을통해에어로졸화하여분사노즐을통해작업챔버내의신축성과휘임성이좋은유연성기판표면에분사하여직접인쇄한다. 이를통해, 마이크로스케일의도선패턴이인쇄된유연성 RFID 태그를제작할수 있다. 이직접인쇄는저압분위기와실내온도에서솔벤트나수지등을사용하지않고수행될수 있다. 직접인쇄후, 별도의화학적후처리나열처리를필요로하지않는다. 유연한 RFID 태그를제작하여웨어러블소자등 다양한분야에서의활용성을높이는데 의의가있다.
