본 발명은 글리세롤의 수소첨가분해반응을 통한 1,2-프로판디올 생산 반응용 촉매 및 이를 이용한 1,2-프로판디올의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 구리-크롬 촉매에 귀금속인 팔라듐을 도입하여 활성점을 증가시킴으로써 낮은 수소 분압에서도 높은 활성을 나타내면서도, 펠렛 형태로서 연속공정에 적용 가능한 촉매 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A copper-chrome reaction catalyst is provided to increase activation point by introducing a palladium which is a precious metal into a copper-chrome catalyst, thereby having high activity even under a low hydrogen partial pressure, thereby being applied to a continuous process as a pellet shape. CONSTITUTION: A copper-chrome reaction catalyst of 1,2-propanediol comprises a metal element, and a copper-chrome catalyst. The metal element is a co-catalyst of a copper-chrome catalyst. A manufacturing method of the 1,2-propanediol comprises a step of preparing a metal precursor solution by dissolving a metal precursor compound into a solvent; a step of forming a precipitate by controlling pH of the metal precursor solution; a step of measuring the precipitate; a step of filtering and drying the precipitate; a step of incinerating the dried precipitate; and a step of adding an organic binder into the catalyst powder, pasting, and extrusion-molding the same. The present invention provides a complex oxide catalyst having cylindrical regular mesopores and excellent acid characteristics and a manufacturing method thereof. A complex oxide catalyst according to the concrete example of the present invention includes tungsten oxide, zirconium oxide, and silicon oxide. The atomic fraction of the tungsten and the silicon is 0.1/1-0.14/1, and the atomic fraction of the zirconium and the silicon is 0.1/1-0.14/1. Moreover, the present invention provides a method for effectively manufacturing a high-value ester compound from ethanol and a carboxylic acid compound using the complex oxide catalyst. 본 발명은 원기둥 형태의 규칙적인 중형 기공과 우수한 산 특성을 갖는 복합 산화물 촉매 및 그 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 구체예에 따른 복합 산화물 촉매는 텅스텐 산화물, 지르코늄 산화물 및 실리콘 산화물을 포함하고, 텅스텐/실리콘의 원자 비율이 0.1/1 ~ 0.14/1이며, 지르코늄/실리콘의 원자 비율이 0.01/1 ~ 0.14/1인 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 복합 산화물 촉매를 이용하여 에탄올과 카르복실산 화합물로부터 고부가치 에스테르 화합물을 효과적으로 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.

PURPOSE: A catalyst for generating acrolein by the dehydration of glycerol and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to increase the selectivity of an acrolein converting reaction by including thorium and heteropoly acid. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst for generating acrolein includes a carrier, an actinium-based atom belonged to the IIIA family in the periodic table, and heteropoly acid. The carrier is made of the oxides of at least one selected from II family atoms, III family atoms, and IV family atoms in the period table. The actinium-based element and the heteropoly acid are carried on the carrier. The actinium-based atom is thorium.
