Abstract: 본 발명은 서열번호 제1서열 내지 제5서열로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 뉴클레오타이드 서열에 특이적으로 결합하는 결합제를 포함하는 생식관의 발생 또는 분화 분석용 키트 및 이를 이용한 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명자들은 닭의 난관에 합성 에스트로겐, 바람직하게는 디에틸스틸베스트롤(diethylstilbestrol, DES)을 처리하여 실시한 전사체 프로파일(transcriptional profiling) 분석을 통해 생식관(바람직하게는, 난관) 발생 또는 분화-특이적 신규한 바이오마커인

FAM26F (family with sequence similarity 26, member F) 유전자를 동정하였다. 따라서, 본 발명의 마커 및 방법은 닭의 난관 발생에 필요한 유전자 분화 및 발생을 동정하기 위한 난관의 유전적 조절에 대한 새로운 시각을 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A kit for analyzing development or differentiation of gonaduct is provided to identify gene differentiation and development. CONSTITUTION: A kit for analyzing development or differentiation of gonaduct contains a binder which specifically binds to a nucleotide sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-5. The expression of the nucleotide sequence is increases in the gonaduct by a material with estrogen activity. The material is synthetic estrogen or biogenic estrogen. The synthetic estrogen is diethyl stilbestrol. The binder is a probe, primer, antibody, or aptamer.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供分析发育或分化导管的试剂盒，以鉴别基因分化和发育。 构成：用于分析导管的发育或分化的试剂盒含有特异性结合选自序列号1-5的核苷酸序列的粘合剂。 核苷酸序列的表达是雌激素活性物质在导管中增加。 该物质是合成雌激素或生物雌激素。 合成雌激素是二苯乙烯雌酚。 粘合剂是探针，引物，抗体或适体。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A biomarker for diagnosing ovarian cancer and a cancer diagnosis kit are provided to simply and cheaply diagnose human ovarian cancer.
