    Abstract: PURPOSE: A recombinant virus AcEasy-RBSDV1SP and a baculovirus expression vector system using the same are provided to diagnose rice black streaked dwarf virus. CONSTITUTION: An RNA-dependent RNA polymerase has a sequence of sequence number 1, isolated from rice black streaked dwarf virus. A transition vector, pDualBac-RBSDV1SP, contains a gene encoding RNA-dependent RNA polymerase. A recombinant virus is prepared by in vitro transposition of the transition vector to bEasyBac(KCTC 11499BP). A Baculovirus expression system for producing a large amount of RNA-dependent RNA polymerase of rice black streaked dwarf virus is prepared by transfection of recombinant virus AcEasy-RBSDV1SP(KCTC 11804BP) to insect cell line.
