Abstract:
PURPOSE: A recombinant virus AcEasy-RBSDV1SP and a baculovirus expression vector system using the same are provided to diagnose rice black streaked dwarf virus. CONSTITUTION: An RNA-dependent RNA polymerase has a sequence of sequence number 1, isolated from rice black streaked dwarf virus. A transition vector, pDualBac-RBSDV1SP, contains a gene encoding RNA-dependent RNA polymerase. A recombinant virus is prepared by in vitro transposition of the transition vector to bEasyBac(KCTC 11499BP). A Baculovirus expression system for producing a large amount of RNA-dependent RNA polymerase of rice black streaked dwarf virus is prepared by transfection of recombinant virus AcEasy-RBSDV1SP(KCTC 11804BP) to insect cell line.

본 발명은 재조합 바이러스 에이씨이지-알비에스디브이1에스피(AcEasy-RBSDV1SP) 및 이를 이용한 베큘로바이러스 발현벡터 시스템에 관한 것으로, 벼검은줄오갈병 바이러스(rice black-streaked dwarf virus) 감염 벼의 조기진단을 위한 항원 확보와 특이항체 생산을 위하여 벼검은줄오갈병 바이러스 발현 유전자인 알엔에이-의존 알엔에이 폴리머라제(RNA-dependent RNA polymerase) 유전자를 베큘로바이러스 발현벡터계 (Baculovirus Expression Vector System)를 이용하여 대량 발현하는 방법을 제공한다.
