Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a ceramic coating layer for improving abrasion-resistance of a metal is provided to can obtain additional functions without abrasion-resistant effect by evaporating ceramic powder on one selected from titanium dioxide, aluminum oxide and yttria-stabilized zirconia. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a ceramic coating layer for improving abrasion-resistance of a metal comprises: a step of preparing a metal substrate; a step of heat-treating the ceramic powder at constant temperature; a step of forming a ceramic coating layer by evaporating through aerosol evaporation of the ceramic powder on the metal substrate. The ceramic powder is one selected from titanium dioxide(TiO2), aluminum oxide(Al2O3), yttria-stabilized zirconia, and ceria(CeO2). The metal substrate consists of one selected from magnesium or magnesium alloy, aluminum or aluminum alloy, carbon steel, and stainless steel. The heat treatment is conducted at the temperature of 500-700 °C, for 1-5 hours.

개시된본 발명에따른금속의부식저항성향상을위한세라믹코팅층제조방법은, a) 금속기판을준비하는단계, b) 세라믹분말을일정온도에서열처리하는단계, 및 c) 상기금속기판표면에상기세라믹분말을에어로졸증착법으로증착하여세라믹코팅층을형성하는단계를포함한다. 여기서금속기판은마그네슘또는마그네슘합금, 탄소강, 스테인리스스틸중 어느하나가선택되고, 세라믹분말은이트리아안정화지르코니아(YSZ), 산화세륨(CeO) 중어느하나가선택된다. 본발명에의하면상기금속표면에상기세라믹분말을에어로졸증착법을이용하여증착하여세라믹코팅층을형성함으로써부식저항성이매우우수해지는효과가있다.

PURPOSE: An oxide coating on magnesium alloy and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure high anti-microbial property and to widen applications of a magnesium material. CONSTITUTION: An oxide coating on magnesium alloy formed on the surface of magnesium alloy comprises a porous layer(1) and a dense layer(3). The porous layer is the surface of the oxide coating layer. The dense layer is the inside of the oxide coating layer. The porous layer or dense layer comprises silver 0.1-2.0 atomic%. The thickness of the oxide coating layer is 10-20μm.

PURPOSE: A thin film for detecting gas, a gas sensor including the same, and a method for manufacturing a gas sensor and a thin film for detecting gas are provided to manufacture a porous crystalline tin oxide thin film having improved reaction with certain gas, since a thin tin film is anodized and heat-treated. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a thin film for detecting gas comprises following steps. A thin tin film is formed on a substrate. A thin tin film is anodized, so that a porous amorphous tin oxide film may be formed. The porous amorphous tin oxide film is heat-treated, so that the porous crystalline tin oxide thin film may be formed.
