Abstract:
본 발명은 발광특성을 가지는 금속플레이트의 제조방법 및 그 플레이트를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따르는 발광특성을 가지는 금속플레이트의 제조방법은 희토류금속 전구체를 함유한 전해질 용액에 상대전극과 일전극으로 금속플레이트를 담지하는 S1단계와, 상기 상대전극와 일전극과의 사이를 이격하여 상기 금속플레이트의 표면에 산화층과 복수개의 기공을 형성하도록 전기를 인가하는 S2단계 및 상기 산화층과 기공으로 희토류 금속이 환원되어 함유되는 S3단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는데, 이에 의하면, 금속재료의 부식저항성이나 마찰저항성을 향상시키고, 우수한 발광성을 가지는 효과가 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a ceramic coating layer for improving abrasion-resistance of a metal is provided to can obtain additional functions without abrasion-resistant effect by evaporating ceramic powder on one selected from titanium dioxide, aluminum oxide and yttria-stabilized zirconia. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a ceramic coating layer for improving abrasion-resistance of a metal comprises: a step of preparing a metal substrate; a step of heat-treating the ceramic powder at constant temperature; a step of forming a ceramic coating layer by evaporating through aerosol evaporation of the ceramic powder on the metal substrate. The ceramic powder is one selected from titanium dioxide(TiO2), aluminum oxide(Al2O3), yttria-stabilized zirconia, and ceria(CeO2). The metal substrate consists of one selected from magnesium or magnesium alloy, aluminum or aluminum alloy, carbon steel, and stainless steel. The heat treatment is conducted at the temperature of 500-700 °C, for 1-5 hours.

Disclosed are a method of manufacturing a metal plate with a luminous property, and a plate manufactured by the same. The method of manufacturing the metal plate according to the present invention includes the steps of: carrying a metal plate by an opposite electrode and one electrode in an electrolyte solution containing rare-earth metal precursors; applying electricity to the electrode to form an oxidized layer and a plurality of voids on the surface of the metal plate while the opposite electrode and the one electrode are spaced apart from each other; and reducing the rare-earth metal by the oxidized layer and the voids. Therefore, the corrosion resistance or friction resistance of the metal material is improved, and the luminous property is improved.

개시된본 발명에따른금속의부식저항성향상을위한세라믹코팅층제조방법은, a) 금속기판을준비하는단계, b) 세라믹분말을일정온도에서열처리하는단계, 및 c) 상기금속기판표면에상기세라믹분말을에어로졸증착법으로증착하여세라믹코팅층을형성하는단계를포함한다. 여기서금속기판은마그네슘또는마그네슘합금, 탄소강, 스테인리스스틸중 어느하나가선택되고, 세라믹분말은이트리아안정화지르코니아(YSZ), 산화세륨(CeO) 중어느하나가선택된다. 본발명에의하면상기금속표면에상기세라믹분말을에어로졸증착법을이용하여증착하여세라믹코팅층을형성함으로써부식저항성이매우우수해지는효과가있다.
