Abstract:
본 발명은 인간 만능줄기세포로부터 중배엽 줄기세포를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 인간 만능줄기세포에서 배아체를 형성하는 단계; 상기 배아체를 조직배양접시에 부착 후 자연적으로 중배엽 줄기세포로 분화를 유도하는 단계; 및 상기 중배엽 줄기세포의 동일성을 유지하면서 계속 증식 배양하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명은 그 유전적 배경의 상이함과 무관하게 모든 인간 만능줄기세포에 광범위하게 적용될 수 있는 규정화된 중배엽 줄기세포 분화유도방법을 제공한다. 궁극적으로, 본 발명은 인간 만능줄기세포를 사용하여 재생의학 및 세포치료분야에서 필요로 하는 중배엽 줄기세포를 지속적으로 대량 공급함으로써 세포치료제의 실용화를 가능하게 하고, 나아가 심혈관계질환, 신경계질환 등의 난치병 치료에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Provided is a method for producing mesenchymal stem cells from human pluripotent stem cells, the method including: a) forming embryonic bodies from human pluripotent stem cells; b) attaching the embryonic bodies to a culture dish to induce natural differentiation of the embryonic bodies into mesenchymal stem cells; and c) performing continuous proliferative culturing of the mesenchymal stem cells while still maintaining the identity of the mesenchymal stem cells. Also, provided is a standardized method for inducing differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells, which can be broadly applied to all human pluripotent stem cells regardless of a difference in the genetic background thereof. Ultimately, the present invention can continuously mass-produces the mesenchymal stem cells necessary for regenerative medicine and cell therapy by using human pluripotent stem cells, thereby realizing practical uses of cell therapy products, and further the present invention is expected to highly contribute to treatments of incurable diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases and neurological disorders.

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a stem cell aggregate having improved engraftment, and a composition for preventing and treating ischemic disease, comprising a stem cell aggregate prepared by the method. More specifically, it was established that the present invention can be effectively used to prevent or treat ischemic disease by verifying that, when stem cells are suspension-cultured to construct a stem cell aggregate within a null-additive basal medium not containing bovine serum, which is derived from an animal, a buffer solution having deteriorated safety, and antibiotic components capable of increasing resistance, the stem cell aggregate produces a large amount of vasculogenic factors capable of improving the neovascularization of ischemic tissues, and when the stem cell aggregate is transplanted in the ischemic tissue, the engraftment ratio significantly increases compared with single cell transplantation.

PURPOSE: A method of removing bad smell from ground beef cooked by irradiating with radiation is provided to use garlic, onion, or their mixture for preventing the oxidation of the beef. CONSTITUTION: A method of removing bad smell from ground beef cooked by irradiating with radiation comprises the following steps: adding more than one ingredient selected from garlic or onion to raw beef; and storing the mixture at 4 deg C for 8-15 hours before irradiating the mixture with radiation. The mixture contains 0.01-0.2wt% of garlic and 0.2-5wt% of onion. The intensity of the radiation for the irradiation process is 0.5-5kGy.

The present invention relates to a method for mass-producing angiogenesis factors using stem cell aggregates and a composition for treating and preventing ischemic diseases including culture medium of the stem cell aggregates. More specifically, in the present invention, stem cell aggregates are made in a buffer solution, which has less stability and less fetal bovine serum derived from animals and a non-additive basal medium, which has no antibiotics to increase tolerance via a suspension culture, thereby mass-producing angiogenesis factors from the stem cell aggregate culture medium while the survival rate of the angiogenesis factor remarkably increases, when transplanted to ischemic tissues, compared with that of transplanted single cells, so the composition of the present invention can be used for efficiently treating or preventing ischemic diseases.
