Abstract: PURPOSE: An arm curl exercise device is provided to develop various muscles by moving upper arms while maintaining the development of biceps. CONSTITUTION: An arm curl exercise device comprises: a fore arm guide member(110) which is expanded in one direction and is formed of a handle in one side thereof; an upper arm guide member(111) which is combined with the other end of the fore arm guide member and rotates upward by the motion of upper arm; an upper arm supporting pad(103) which moves upward together with the upper arm guide member when the upper arm guide member rotates upward; and a stop guide(102) which stops the operation of the fore arm guide.
