Abstract: PURPOSE: YVO based fluorescent powder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the uniformity of particle distribution, and to use the powder for manufacturing display devices, and all kinds of lighting devices. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of YVO based fluorescent powder comprises the following steps: impregnating a metal salt solution including yttrium and vanadium to a polymer material; calcinating the outcome from the previous step by inserting into a furnace heated into 500~1,000 deg C; sintering the outcome from the previous step by heating into 1,000~1,300 deg C; solution-processing the outcome with a basic solution.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of YVO based phosphor powder is provided to manufacture YVO based phosphor powder with uniform particle distribution and small particle size in short time, thereby having excellent productivity and profitability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of YVO based phosphor powder comprises: a step of impregnating metal salt solution including yttrium(Y) and vanadium(V) into polymer material; a step of calcinations by putting the impregnated material into a furnace heated to the temperature of 500-1000 °C; a step of sintering the product by heating the temperature of 1000-1300 °C; and a step of solution-treating the product by basic solution.

Abstract: 본발명은 PDP(Plasma Display Panel) 보호막용 MgO계나노분말의제조방법에관한것으로서, (a) 마그네슘(Mg)의금속염수용액을고분자물질에함침시키는단계; 및 (b) 단계 (a)에서금속염수용액으로함침시킨고분자물질을실온의로 안에넣어 800 내지 1400 ℃까지가열시켜소성(calcination)시키는단계를포함하는것을특징으로하는 MgO 나노분말제조방법을포함하는방법에관한것이다. 이에따라, 저온에서균일한입자크기의 MgO계나노분말을수득할수 있으며, 상기나노입자를펠렛으로제조하여밀도를증가시킴으로써 PDP 보호막표면에불순물가스의부착을방지할수 있으므로, 이차전자방출량및 방전셀의휘도를증가시켜소비전력을절감할수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing MgO nanopowder for PDP protection film is provided to prevent attachment of impure gas and to enhance secondary electron release amount and luminance of the discharge cell. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing MgO nanopowder for PDP protection film comprises: a step of immersing metal salt solution of magnesium in a polymer material; a step of putting the immerged polymer material into a furnace of room temperature; and a step of heating and calcinating. The heating temperature is 800-1400°C. The polymer material is one selected from a group consisting of amorphous or crystalline cellulose, wood, pulp, acetate, and layon cellophane.
