CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor oxide layer(2) is formed on a conductive substrate. An organic layer(6) is coated on the surface of the semiconductor oxide layer and the surface of the conductive substrate with a core-shell structure. Dye(7) is absorbed on the surface of the organic layer. The organic layer is made of silane compound.
