Abstract:
PURPOSE: A semiconductor electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell, a manufacturing method thereof, the dye-sensitized solar cell including the same are provided to improve energy conversion efficiency by preventing electron recombination between electrolytes and the surface of an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor oxide layer(2) is formed on a conductive substrate. An organic layer(6) is coated on the surface of the semiconductor oxide layer and the surface of the conductive substrate with a core-shell structure. Dye(7) is absorbed on the surface of the organic layer. The organic layer is made of silane compound.
