Abstract: 본발명은탄성유전체를이용한슬립센서에관한것으로서, 본발명에따른탄성유전체를이용한슬립센서는탄성유전체재질의기판; 상기기판의일면에마련되는제1전극, 상기제1전극이마련되는상기기판의반대쪽면에마련되는제2전극으로구성되는전극부; 상기기판의일면상에상기제1전극과인접한위치로부터연장되며, 외부접촉력에의하여상기기판의형상을변형시키는접촉부; 상기전극부와전기적으로연결됨으로써상기전극부의캐패시턴스를측정하는측정부;를포함하는것을특징으로한다. 이에의하여, 캐패시턴스측정을통하여접촉면상에서형성되는마찰력을측정및 감지할수 있는탄성유전체를이용한슬립센서가제공된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A slip sensor using an elastic dielectric material is provided to easily measure and sense a frictional force generated between a contact surface and arbitrary moving body by measuring capacitance and to estimate and prevent a slip phenomenon when gripping an object. CONSTITUTION: A slip sensor using an elastic dielectric material comprises a substrate(110), an electrode unit(130), a contact unit(120), and a measuring unit(140). The substrate is formed into an elastic dielectric material. The electrode unit comprises first and second electrodes. The first electrode is formed on one surface of the substrate. The second electrode is formed on the other surface of the substrate. The contact unit is extended from a position adjoining to the first electrode by being formed on the surface and transforms a shape of the substrate with an external contact force. The measuring unit is electrically connected to the electrode unit, thereby measuring capacitance of the electrode unit. [Reference numerals] (140) Measuring unit; (150) Calculating unit
