Abstract: PURPOSE: A monoclonal antibody 2-D2 binding to human embryonic stem cells and cancer cell line is provided to specifically recognize cell surface protein of human embryonic stem cells and use in anti-cancer therapy. CONSTITUTION: A monoclonal antibody which is specific to human embryonic stem cells contains heavy chain variable region of amino acid sequence number 6 and light chain variable region of amino acid sequence number 7. A kit to detecting undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells contains a monoclonal antibody 2-E2. A composition for removing the undifferentiating human embryonic stem cell contains the monoclonal antibody 2-E2.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供与人胚胎干细胞和癌细胞系结合的单克隆抗体2-D2，以特异性识别人胚胎干细胞的细胞表面蛋白，并用于抗癌治疗。 构成：对人胚胎干细胞特异性的单克隆抗体含有氨基酸序列号6的重链可变区和氨基酸序列号7的轻链可变区。检测未分化人胚胎干细胞的试剂盒含有单克隆抗体2 -E2。 用于去除未分化的人胚胎干细胞的组合物含有单克隆抗体2-E2。
