본 발명은 회전 운동하는 내측 드럼과 외측 드럼의 이중 구조로 이루어져 골재를 외측 드럼에서 내측 드럼으로 전달하면서 이중으로 가열하여 건조할 수 있도록 한 골재 건조용 이중 구조 드라이어에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 골재 건조용 이중 구조 드라이어는, 전단부에 골재가 투입되는 투입구가 형성되어 있는 외측 드럼과; 상기 외측 드럼 내부에 외측 드럼과 동축 상으로 설치되어 외측 드럼과 함께 회전 운동하도록 설치되며, 후단부에 상기 외측 드럼에서 낙하한 골재가 유입되도록 전달통로가 개방되게 형성되고, 전단부에 골재가 배출되는 배출통로가 형성되어 있는 내측 드럼과; 상기 외측 드럼의 후단부에 설치되어, 외측 드럼의 후단부로 이동한 골재를 퍼올려서 상부에서 골재를 낙하시키는 골재상승부재와; 상기 외측 드럼을 회전시키는 구동수단과; 상기 외측 드럼 및 내측 드럼의 골재를 가열하는 가열수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: Carbon dioxide absorbent using recycled waste materials and concrete including the same are provided to be cost effectively prepared by mixing an industrial byproduct with an additive selected from a group including minerals, cement, and the combination of the same. CONSTITUTION: Carbon dioxide absorbent using recycled waste materials includes tailing or an industrial byproduct and an additive. The surface of the tailing or industrial byproduct is reformed based on a basic solution. The additive is selected from a group including minerals, cement, and the combination of the same. The weight ratio of the tailing or the industrial byproduct and the additive is 9:1 to 6:4. The tailing or the industrial byproduct is fly ash, waste tire, blast furnace slag, collected dust, or the combination of the same. The present invention relates to an eco-friendly bio polyurethane binder composition using vegetable oil/polyol that may be combined to a wrapping material or a construction material of a location requiring eco-friendly properties such as parking lots, sidewalks, parks, etc. The eco-friendly bio polyurethane binder composition according to the present invention includes: a base composed of 30 to 70 parts by weight of bio oil/polyol, 5 to 20 parts by weight of hard polyol having a molecular weight of 1000 to 6000 and 2 to 3 functional groups, 0 to 0.5 parts by weight of a gelling catalyst, 0.2 to 2 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent and 5 to 10 parts by weight of a moisture absorbent, in which the viscosity of the base is 700 to 1300 cps/23°C; and a hardener formed by an isocyanate compound and having an NCO content of 30 to 32 wt%, a viscosity of 20 to 250 cps/23°C, a specific gravity of 1.20 to 1.25 and a functionality of 2 to 3, wherein the mixing ratio of the base and the hardener is 100 : 30-100.

PURPOSE: Bicomponent synthetic fiber for hot-mix asphalt, a fiber reinforced hot-mix asphalt mixture and a production method of the asphalt mixture are provided to produce economical efficiency and good physical property of the mixture. CONSTITUTION: Bicomponent synthetic fiber(10) for hot-mix asphalt is molded by mixing thermoplastic first resin having a melting point of 160~170 °C and thermoplastic second resin having the melting point of 250~260°C. The bicomponent synthetic fiber has the tensile strength of 2,500~10,000 kgf/cm^2, tensile elongation of 10~20%, an elastic coefficient of 30,000~300,000 kgf/cm^2, specific gravity of 0.80~0.95, thickness of 0.3~0.5 mm, length of 20~60 mm etc. The bicomponent synthetic fiber has an embossed pattern(12) by pressing the top and the bottom surfaces.
