    Abstract: A flexible printed wiring board (1) has a substrate (2), conductor lines (3, 4), a coverlay film (5), a jumper line (11), and through holes (9, 10). The conductor lines (3, 4) are provided on a first surface (2a) of the substrate (2). The coverlay film (5) covers at least a part of the conductor lines (3, 4). The jumper line (11) connects the conductor lines (3, 4) electrically. The through holes (9, 10) are formed in the substrate (2) and open on the surface of the conductor lines (3, 4), respectively. The jumper line (11) is composed of a cured product of a conductive paste and formed such that a second surface (2b) of the substrate (2) is continued to surfaces (3a, 4a) of the conductor lines (3, 4) where the through holes (9, 10) open.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To increase the surface area of a separation membrane and the permeated flow rate per unit surface area and to reduce the pressure drop by aligning plural filter units, each consisting of a ceramic porous body of a honeycomb structure and having specified communicating/discharging routes on the inside, at specified positions in a casing. CONSTITUTION: Each of the filter units is formed into a monolith type by arranging plural communicating pores 3 into a honeycomb shape in the ceramic porous body 2. A part of the pores 3 is formed into internal communicating pores 12 by sealing the both ends by sealing parts 13. The pores 3 and the pores 13 are disposed by aligning alternately and made adjacent to one another while interposing actual body parts 15 consisting of the ceramic porous body membrane. Pores 14 for discharging a filtrate are bored on every other line of the cell in the honeycomb structure. The filter units are arranged inside the casing so that the total area occupied by the filter units is made into 35% or larger of the internal area of the casing.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are a porous Si3N4 with high porosity and a high aspect ratio for filtering by using inexpensive metal silicon as starting materials, and preparing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The porous Si3N4 is prepared by the steps of: (a) mixing Si powder with as a first sintering agent, powder of at least one compound of the rare earth element in an amount of 7.5-4.5 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of Si powder calculated as the oxide to obtain mixed powder; (b) adding a binder to the mixed powder; (c) molding the mixture into a molded body; (d) heating the molded body to 300-500 deg.C in a nitrogen atmosphere to remove the binder to form a binder-free body; (e) heating the binder-free body to 1350-1500 deg.C in a nitrogen atmosphere to form a nitrided body; and (f) sintering the nitrided body at 1750-1900 deg.C under nitrogen pressure of 0.1-1 atmospheric pressure.
