Abstract: Disclosed are a vertical zoning method of a high-rise building planning step and a device thereof. Abstract: 본 실시예들은 설정된 횟수만큼의 라운드를 진행하며, 각 라운드마다 복수의 부채 중에서 특정 부채를 선택하고 수입 중에서 부채를 상환할 금액을 정하고, 최종 라운드에 산출된 부채 정산 금액에 따라 사용자에 대한 평가 등급을 매기고, 평가 등급에 따라 사용자에게 피드백 정보를 제공함으로써, 개인이 합리적으로 부채 상환에 관한 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 유도하고 교육하기 위한 판단 기준을 제공할 수 있는 부채 관리 능력 평가 방법 및 장치를 제공한다.
