Abstract: Disclosed are a vertical zoning method of a high-rise building planning step and a device thereof. The vertical zoning method of a high-rise building planning step, for a computer terminal device, includes the steps of: receiving basic information about an initial step of high-rise building planning, determining the number of the entire vertical zoning according to a combination type of an elevator based on the received basic information, and determining optimal vertical zoning according to the number of the entire vertical zoning.
