Abstract: PURPOSE: A T-shaped hull Bach magnet array, and a motor and a generator using the same are provided to implement easy assembly by increasing the density and efficiency of a magnet. CONSTITUTION: An T-shaped hull Bach magnet array is comprised of a first T-shaped magnet, a second T-shape magnet, and a third T-shape magnet. The second T-shaped magnet is closely adhered to the right side of the first T-shaped magnet. The third T-shaped magnet is closely adhered to the right side of the second T-shaped magnet. The magnetization direction of the first T-shaped magnet is extended to the first side of a horizontal magnet to a second side thereof The magnetization direction of the second T-shaped magnet is extended to the center of a horizontal magnet to a third side of a vertical magnet.

CONSTITUTION: A mount-type vibration damping device comprises a main body(210) which is mounted in an object, a bar(220) which extended from the side of the main body, and a weight(230) which forms a vibration system having the same natural frequency as the frequency of the object.
