Abstract: PURPOSE: A mount-type vibration damping device is provided to absorb the vibration of an exercise device through simple installation. CONSTITUTION: A mount-type vibration damping device comprises a main body(210) which is mounted in an object, a bar(220) which extended from the side of the main body, and a weight(230) which forms a vibration system having the same natural frequency as the frequency of the object. The main body comprises a mounting case which is formed with a guide hole, and an actuator which provides a driving force.
