A novel compound is provided to show anti-bacterial activity. A composition comprising the same is provided to prevent or treat efficiently bacterial infection or disinfect a non-living object. A compound is represented by the formula(1) of peptide-L-PNA, where the peptide is an amino acid sequence, L is an linker or a bond, and PNA is a peptide nucleic acid and selected from the group consisting of -CGCCCAATAAT-NH2, -TCAGCGTCAGT-NH2, -CCAACATCTCA-NH2 and -TCTCAGTCCCA-NH2, wherein A is N-(2-aminoethyl)-N-(N6-(benzyloxycarbonyl)adenine-9-yl-acetyl)glycine, T is N-(2-aminoethyl)-N-(thymine-1-yl-acetyl)glycine, G is N-(2-aminoethyl)-N-(N2-(benzyloxycarbonyl)guanine-9-yl-acetyl)glycine and C is N-(2-aminoethyl)-N-(N4-(benzyloxycarbonyl)cytosine-1-yl-acetyl)glycine. A composition for preventing or treating bacterial infection comprises the compound and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. A method for disinfecting a non-living object comprises a step of contacting a composition for disinfecting the non-living object comprising the compound and a carrier with the non-living object.
Abstract:
A composition for treating or preventing endometrial cancer is provided to inhibit growth of tumor by inhibiting the expression of syndecan-1 in endometrial cancer cell through shRNAi. The prophylactic or preventive composition for endometrial cancer comprises a nucleic acid molecule inducing RNA interference of human syndecan-1 gene expression and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. In the composition, the nucleic acid molecule has a sequence described as SEQ ID : NO. 1 or 2 and the human syndecan-1 gene has an NCBI access number of NM_002977.

본 발명은 RGMc를 유효성분으로 포함하는 줄기세포 유도용 배지 조성물 및 이를 이용한 줄기세포 유도방법에 관한 것이다. RGMc는 네오제닌 과발현 마우스 배아에서 RGMc를 처리하지 않은 정상 마우스 배아보다 네오제닌과 결합하여 배반포 내에서 OCT3/4, SOX2 및 Nanohog 등 줄기세포성 유전자를 발현하는 ICM 세포를 높은 수준으로 얻을 수 있어, 이를 이용하여 줄기세포를 유도하는 배지 조성물로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
