본 발명은 탈모방지 또는 발모촉진용 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 디에콜을 함유하는 탈모방지 또는 발모촉진용 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 디에콜을 함유하는 탈모방지 또는 발모촉진용 조성물의 제조방법은 (a) 감태에 당 분해효소를 첨가하여 효소 추출물을 제조하는 단계; (b) 상기 효소 추출물을 여과하고, 동결건조시키는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 동결건조된 효소 추출물을 유기용매로 추출하여 디에콜을 함유하는 감태 추출물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 감태에서 분리된 활성물질인 디에콜은 모발 개선 효과의 지표가 되는 5알파-리덕타제 억제 활성에 대한 우수한 효과를 가지며, 특히 상업용 5알파-리덕타제인 피나스테라이드(finasteride)와 유사한 활성을 가지므로, 해양천연물 유래의 새로운 육모 및 모발 개선 소재로서의 이용가능성이 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for drying far infrared ray of Ecklonia cava and ethanol extract of far infrared ray-dried Ecklonia cava are provided to reduce time and cost comparing to freeze-drying method. CONSTITUTION: An ethanol extract of Ecklonia cava by far infrared ray drying is obtained by extracting at 40-60°C for 4-6 hours. The ethanol extract of Ecklonia cava has increased dieckol and eckol content. A method for preparing ethanol extract of Ecklonia cava comprises: a step of washing Ecklonia cava sample; a step of drying Ecklonia cava through far infrared ray; a step of free-drying the Ecklonia cava; a step of pulverizing the dried Ecklonia cava; a step of homogenizing at room temperature for 24 hours; a step of filtering with Whatman No.1; a step of centrifuging at 3500rpm for 20 minutes; and a step of removing ethanol.

PURPOSE: Feed additives containing fermented Ecklonia cava and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve antibacterial effects about bacteria and immune cell proliferation effects about livestock or fish, and to improve fodder efficiency. CONSTITUTION: Feed additives contain 2~ 10 weight% of fermented Ecklonia cava. A manufacturing method of the feed additives includes the following steps: preparing Ecklonia cava processing products or Ecklonia cava; drying the prepared Ecklonia cava or Ecklonia cava processing products; pulverizing the Ecklonia cava or the dried Ecklonia cava processing products; adding water and fermentation bacteria in the powder of the Ecklonia cava; and fermenting the Ecklonia cava powder. A fermentation process of the Ecklonia cava powder is performed for 5 ~ 7 hours.

본 발명은 양어용 배합사료(Extruded pellet, EP사료)의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 목초액, 키토산, 단백분해효소가 함유된 기능성 코팅제 조성물과 이를 코팅하여 얻어지는 배합사료에 관한 것으로, 이러한 코팅제 조성물로 배합사료를 코팅하게 되면 배합사료 중 포함된 단백질의 유출을 최대한 억제할 수 있고, 배합사료에 첨가하는 글루타치온 등 유용성분의 해수 유출도 최소화 할 수 있으며, 이러한 배합사료를 급이하여 넙치 등 어류를 양식하면 어류의 성장이 촉진되고, 어류 면역증강효과가 나타나 폐사율도 감소시키는 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing Ecklonia cava hydrolysate and fudoidan from Ecklonia cava are provided to improve anti-inflammation and physiological activity of immune modulation. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Ecklonia cava hydrolysate comprises: a step of washing Ecklonia cava and freeze-dyring Ecklonia cava(1,2); a step of pulverizing Ecklonia cava(3); a step of homogenizing pulverized Ecklonia cava(4); a step of adding 1-10 weight parts of saccharolytic enzyme to 100 weight parts of pulverized Ecklonia cava for enzyme reaction at pH 4.0-6.0 and 40-60°C for 12-24 hours(5); a step of boiling at 90-100°C for 10-60 minutes and stopping reaction(6); and a step of centrifuging at 3500-4000 rpm for 15-20 minutes.

PURPOSE: A composition containing Ecklonia cava-derived fucoidan for enhancing immunity is provided to ensure a radiation protecting ability and to be used as a material for enhancing immunity. CONSTITUTION: A composition with a radiation protecting ability contains Ecklonia cava extract-derived fucoidan. The fucoidan is prepared by extracting pulverized Ecklonia cava by enzyme extraction using saccharolytic enzyme, protease, or a mixture thereof. The saccharolytic enzyme includes celluclast, AMG, viscozyme, or a mixture thereof. The protease is alkalase, neutrase, flavourzyme, protamex, or a mixture thereof. A cosmetic composition for skin whitening which contains an Ecklonia cava extract is provided to ensure excellent whitening effect by using fluro tannin based polyphenol-containing extract. A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition of skin whitening which contains an Ecklonia cava extract comprises: a step of adding saccharolytic enzyme to an ecklonia cava to extract the Ecklonia cava; a step of removing and filtering residue and freeze-drying the enzyme extract; and a step of extracting the extract with organic solvent.
