Abstract:
본 발명은 탈모방지 또는 발모촉진용 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 디에콜을 함유하는 탈모방지 또는 발모촉진용 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 디에콜을 함유하는 탈모방지 또는 발모촉진용 조성물의 제조방법은 (a) 감태에 당 분해효소를 첨가하여 효소 추출물을 제조하는 단계; (b) 상기 효소 추출물을 여과하고, 동결건조시키는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 동결건조된 효소 추출물을 유기용매로 추출하여 디에콜을 함유하는 감태 추출물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 감태에서 분리된 활성물질인 디에콜은 모발 개선 효과의 지표가 되는 5알파-리덕타제 억제 활성에 대한 우수한 효과를 가지며, 특히 상업용 5알파-리덕타제인 피나스테라이드(finasteride)와 유사한 활성을 가지므로, 해양천연물 유래의 새로운 육모 및 모발 개선 소재로서의 이용가능성이 있다.
Abstract:
A chitosan coating agent composition for improving moist pellet feed for breeding fish obtained by coating moisture pellet feed with chitosan coating liquid is provided to prevent washout of the moisture pellet feed and reduce the death rate of fish by improving the immunity of fish. A chitosan coating agent composition for improving moist pellet feed for breeding fish is obtained by coating moisture pellet feed with chitosan coating liquid obtained by mixing 1 to 10% chitosan solution with a viscosity of 20 to 100cps, 0.5 to 2g tamarind gum and 0.2g hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. In an experiment, the use of 1 to 10% chitosan solution with 0.5 to 2g tamarind gum and 0.2g hydroxypropyl methylcellulose shows narrow viscosity reduction range as compared with the sole use of 0.4g guar gum, 0.1g glucomannan, 0.5g tamarind gum and 0.2g hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

PURPOSE: A composition containing Ecklonia cava-derived fucoidan for enhancing immunity is provided to ensure a radiation protecting ability and to be used as a material for enhancing immunity. CONSTITUTION: A composition with a radiation protecting ability contains Ecklonia cava extract-derived fucoidan. The fucoidan is prepared by extracting pulverized Ecklonia cava by enzyme extraction using saccharolytic enzyme, protease, or a mixture thereof. The saccharolytic enzyme includes celluclast, AMG, viscozyme, or a mixture thereof. The protease is alkalase, neutrase, flavourzyme, protamex, or a mixture thereof. The fucoidan is prepared by treating a fucoidan crude extract with potassium chloride and removing alginic acid. The fucoidan contains 45-55 wt% of polysaccharides and 15-20 wt% of a sulfate group. PURPOSE: A composition for preventing alopecia or promoting hair growth is provided to suppress 5 alpha-reductase and to ensure similar activity with finasteride. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a composition containing dieckol for preventing alopecia or promoting hair growth comprises: a step of adding saccharolytic enzyme to Ecklonia cava to prepare enzyme extrac(S100)t; a step of filtering and freeze-drying; and a step of extracting the enzyme extract with organic solvent. The saccharolytic enzyme is celluclast(S200). A composition for preventing alopecia or promoting hair growth contains dieckol.
