Abstract: 본 발명에 의하면, 상부에 갱폼(Gang form)이 고정되고, 건축구조물의 외벽을 따라 인양되는 한 쌍의 가이드레일; 일 측부가 건축구조물의 외벽에 고정되고, 가이드레일이 슬라이딩 가능하게 내삽되어, 갱폼이 수직도를 유지한 채 이동할 수 있도록 안내하는 복수 개의 레일박스; 및 갱폼의 정(正) 위치 안착 및 낙하 방지를 위하여 가이드레일이 상승할 때에는 구속하지 않으면서, 가이드레일이 정 위치에 도달했을 때에는 탄성복원력에 의해 가이드레일을 구속시키는 낙하방지 걸림수단을 구비하는 갱폼 인양용 가이드레일 장치가 제공된다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 갱폼 인양용 가이드레일 장치에 의하면, 갱폼을 인양 할 때에는 걸림쇠가 레일박스의 안쪽으로 들어가게 되어 가이드레일의 승강을 구속하지 않는다. 반면에, 갱폼의 인양이 완료되었을 때에는 탄성수단에 의해 걸림쇠가 원상태로 되돌아와 가이드레일의 안착홈에 걸리게 되어 별도의 안전핀 체결 없이도 가이드레일을 고정시킬 수 있기 때문에 작업시간의 단축 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 또한 갱폼의 인양이 완료되었을 때, 상기한 바와 같은 걸림쇠의 형상으로 인해 가이드레일이 레일박스에 구속되어 갱폼의 미끄러짐 및 낙하를 방지할 수 있고, 갱폼을 올바른 위치에 한 번에 인양 및 안착하는 것이 가능하며, 갱폼의 정확한 수직도 확보가 가능하여 갱폼 인양의 효율성과 안전성을 확보할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A guiderail system for lifting up a gang form is provided to efficiently lift up a gang form by fixing a guiderail without the fastening of an additional safety pin. CONSTITUTION: A guiderail system(100) for lifting up a gang form comprises a pair of guiderails(110), multiple rail boxes(120), and a fall prevention seating unit(130). A gang form is fixed to the tops of the guiderails and is lifted up along the external wall of a structure. The guiderails are inserted into the rail boxes to be slidable, and the rail boxes guide the vertical movement of the gang form. The fall prevention seating unit seats the guiderails on an accurate position and restricts the descent of the guiderails.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for separating and horizontally moving a gang form is provided to perform the separation work of a gang form without damage to a construction structure. CONSTITUTION: A system for separating and horizontally moving a gang form comprises a vertical frame(110), multiple first and second horizontal frames(120,130), a horizontal guide unit(140), a transfer unit, and a horizontal fixing unit. The vertical frame is coupled to the rear surface of a gang form(10) and supports the gang form. One ends of multiple first horizontal frames are connected to the vertical frame, and the other ends are extended to a gang form cage. One ends of multiple second horizontal frames are connected to the gang form cage, and the other ends are extended to the vertical frame. The horizontal guide unit guides the movement of the first horizontal frames so that the first horizontal frames can be moved along the second horizontal frames. The transfer unit horizontally moves the first horizontal frame along the second horizontal frame. The horizontal fixing unit fixes the horizontal positions of the first horizontal frames horizontally moved.

이와 같은 본 발명의 갱폼 인양용 가이드레일 시스템에 의하면, 경간(徑間)의 중앙에 절단면이 있어 교량의 중간이 양쪽으로 올라가는 이엽식(二葉式) 도개교의 작동 원리를 이용한 것으로서 래치가 위로 열리면서 갱폼에 부착된 가이드레일이 인양되고, 가이드레일의 인양이 완료되면 가이드레일에 형성된 안착홀에 래치가 관통되어 가이드레일이 고정됨으로써 갱폼 인양의 안전을 도모하며, 별도의 안전핀 체결 없이 가이드레일이 고정되게 하여 갱폼 인양 작업의 생산성을 높여줄 수 있다.
