Abstract: 본 발명에 의하면, 제1바퀴를 포함하여 이동 가능한 본체부; 이러한 본체부로부터 후방으로 연결되어 도로면의 영상을 실시간으로 획득하는 영상획득부; 본체부의 후미에서 후방 또는 전방 쪽으로 이동 가능하면서, 이동방향에 직각인 방향으로도 확장 가능한 머니퓰레이터; 제2바퀴에 의해 이동 가능하게 설치되고, 머니퓰레이터의 단부에 결합하여 머니퓰레이터가 처지지 않도록 지지하는 지지바퀴부; 머니퓰레이터의 확장방향으로 이동 가능하도록 머니퓰레이터에 설치되어 크랙 부위에 실런트(Sealant)를 도포하는 말단장치; 및 이러한 말단장치에 용융된 실런트를 공급하는 실런트공급부를 구비하는 도로면 크랙실링 장치가 제공된다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 도로면 크랙실링 장치에 의하면, 머니퓰레이터의 정밀제어가 가능하고 작업영역을 확보할 수 있기 때문에 작업 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 지지바퀴에 의해 머니퓰레이터의 처짐을 방지하고, 머니퓰레이터를 지지하는 바퀴를 확장시켜 실런트의 박리를 방지함으로써 실링 품질의 향상을 도모할 수 있다. 더욱이 현실적으로 숙련공이 부족한 상황에서도 인건비 절약 및 품질을 담보할 수 있고, 노무자의 안전성 문제를 해결할 수 있다.-

Abstract: 본 발명에 의하면, 상부에 갱폼(Gangform)이 고정되고, 건축구조물의 외벽을 따라 인양되는 한 쌍의 가이드레일; 일 측부가 건축구조물의 외벽에 고정되고, 가이드레일이 슬라이딩 가능하게 내삽되어, 갱폼이 수직도를 유지한 채 이동할 수 있도록 안내하는 복수 개의 레일박스; 및 갱폼의 정(正) 위치 안착 및 낙하 방지를 위하여 암수 결합에 의해 가이드레일을 정 위치에 안착시키고, 가이드레일의 상승은 구속하지 않으면서 가이드레일의 하강을 구속하는 낙하방지 안착수단을 구비하는 갱폼 인양용 가이드레일 시스템이 제공된다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 갱폼 인양용 가이드레일 시스템에 의하면, 경간(徑間)의 중앙에 절단면이 있어 교량의 중간이 양쪽으로 올라가는 이엽식(二葉式) 도개교의 작동 원리를 이용한 것으로서 래치가 위로 열리면서 갱폼에 부착된 가이드레일이 인양되고, 가이드레일의 인양이 완료되면 가이드레일에 형성된 안착홀에 래치가 관통되어 가이드레일이 고정됨으로써 갱폼 인양의 안전을 도모하며, 별도의 안전핀 체결 없이 가이드레일이 고정되게 하여 갱폼 인양 작업의 생산성을 높여줄 수 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A guiderail system for lifting up a gang form is provided to safely lift up a gang form and to fix a pair of guiderails without the fastening of an additional safety pin. CONSTITUTION: A guiderail system(100) for lifting up a gang form comprises a pair of guiderails(110), multiple rail boxes(120), and a fall prevention hanging unit(130). A gang form is fixed to the top of the guiderails and is lifted up along the external wall of a building structure. One sides of multiple rail boxes are fixed to the external wall of the building structure. The guiderails are inserted into the rail boxes to be slidable so that the rail boxes can guide the vertical movement of the gang form. The fall prevention hanging unit restricts the guiderails when the guiderails arrive at an accurate position to prevent the gang form from falling down.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An excavation work support system which uses stereo vision technology using a 3D image and a 3D plan drawing is provided to reduce excavation working time and to prevent a safety accident by supplying the position information of a bucket. CONSTITUTION: A stereo vision(110) obtains 3D(Dimensional) image about an excavation working side. A plan drawing storage(150) stores a 3D plan drawing for determining final drilling depth. A microcomputer(180) matches the 3D plan drawing stored in the plan drawing storage with the 3D image of the working side through the stereo vision through a GUI. A virtual reality engine(160) converts the matched screen to the virtual reality screen.

CONSTITUTION: A bracket(100) for a flared shield capable of being used for expandable balcony comprises an upper bracket(110), a clamp(120), a lower support(130), and a pressure unit(140). The upper bracket is installed on the wall of balcony, supports and fixes the bracket to the wall. The clamp is arranged on one side of the upper bracket, and fixes the flared shield.
