Abstract: 본발명은자동변속기의변속비및 동력전달효율계산프로그램수행방법에관한것으로, 프로그램실행클릭명령에따라출력부에서프로그램실행초기화면을출력한다. 이프로그램실행초기화면에서메뉴항목을클릭하여유성치차의타입을선택하고, 선택된유성치차의각 타입에맞는잇수를키보드의숫자키를이용하여입력한다. 상기입력된유성치차의잇수에대한제약조건을체크하여, 유성치차의잇수가제약조건을만족시키는경우, 변속비계산클릭명령에따라단별변속비를계산한다. 계산을수행후, 동력전달효율계산클릭명령에따라단별동력전달효율을계산한다. 상술한바와같이, 계산된각각의단별변속비와단별동력전달효율을출력부를통해결과화면에출력한후, 저장클릭명령에따라메모리에파일로저장한다. 따라서, 프로그램설계시발생할수 있는오류를사전에발견함과동시에설계결과에대한즉각적인확인이가능하므로설계시간의단축에기여하는바가크고, 또한, 입력된잇수에대해변속비및 동력전달효율의계산에앞서구속조건의만족여부를확인하는기능이있어불합리한치차열의구성을미연에방지할수 있는이점이있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for performing calculation program of transmission rate and power transfer efficiency of an automatic transmission is provided to perform a program for calculating transmission rate and power transfer efficiency by each stage only by inputting the teeth number of gear. CONSTITUTION: A method for performing calculation program of transmission rate and power transfer efficiency of an automatic transmission includes the steps of outputting initial screen for performing a program according to program performance click order, clicking a menu item in the initial screen and selecting a planetary gear type, inputting the teeth number corresponding to each type of the selected planetary gear using a keyboard, checking a restriction condition of the teeth number of the planetary gear, calculating transmission rate according to a transmission rate calculation click order if the teeth number satisfies the restriction condition, calculating power transfer efficiency by stage according to power transfer efficiency calculation click order, outputting the calculated transmission rate and power transfer efficiency on the screen through an output part and storing in a file form.
