Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for preventing wrinkle defects on panels is provided to streamline manufacturing processes by removal in separate wrinkle removing processes. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing wrinkle defects on panels comprises an upper mold(20), a lower mold, a panel, a wrinkle-proofing unit(10). The panel is inserted between the upper mold and the lower mold. The wrinkle-proofing unit is formed on the bottom plane of the upper mold. The wrinkle-proofing unit prevents the wrinkle during the molding of the panel. The wrinkle-proofing unit prevents the wrinkle created on the panel during hot molding. The wrinkle-proofing unit a provisional pressing block.
